All FiXT Label Releases Now Podsafe & YouTube Safe

The FiXT Store has just announced a new Podsafe & YouTube Safe music licensing program, offering free use of eligible MP3s from the FiXT Store for podcasts and YouTube videos that meet the following use criteria:

Non-Commercial Use Only
Non-Profit Use Only
Online Use Only (no Radio or TV, etc...)
Must Provide Audio or On-Screen Credit

Eligible MP3s:
• Any Album/MP3 Purchased From the FiXT Store that has the "Podsafe/YouTube Safe" message on the product page.
• Your FiXT Store Receipt will be your proof of purchase and free license of the track for podcast/youtube use.

As of today the entire FiXT label catalogue is officially available as 'Podsafe/YouTube Safe' and FiXT anticipates many more of the labels/artists available in the store to join that status shortly. A directory of all Podsafe music will be listed in the coming weeks.

Celldweller's Wish Upon A Blackstar Ch. 02 Hits iTunes Top 35 Electronic Albums

The latest Celldweller release, Wish Upon A Blackstar Chapter 02 went live in iTunes earlier this month making a climb up to the #33 Top Electronic Album. Simultaneously Wish Upon A Blackstar Chapter 01 re-surged up into the Top #100 Electronic Albums (having previously hit Top 35) and Soundtrack For The Voices In My Head Vol. 01 showed back up in the Top #200 Electronic Albums.

Vendetta Music Joins the FiXT Store

FiXT recently added the Vendetta Music digital catalogue to the FiXT Store. The deal includes 20 Releases from Vendetta, which specializes in EMB, Industrial and Electro genres. Vendetta is home to De_Tot_Cor, Dust Is Noise, Mono-Amine, Necrotek, November Process, Neon Cage Experiment, The Peoples Republic of Europe, Object, K.I.F.O.T.H., Brain Lesiure and W.A.S.T.E. amongst others.

New for 2010 - The FiXT Online Blog

As we begin the new year at FIXT we realized that a lot of you may be a little confused about the domain fixtonline.com. Most obviously it's dormancy over the past year as we've focused on the FiXT Store and FIXT Remix. As we work towards an official overhaul on the site, we decided we could at least make it a little more up to do by using it as the new official FiXT Company Blog that covers general Company News and more frequent looks at what we're up to behind the scenes.
